Purchase & Return Policy:

All our products are sold exclusively through the FULLOT Amazon Store and are covered by Amazon's standard 30-day return/replacement policy.

Lifetime Quality Warranty:

We stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty against quality-related issues. If you experience any manufacturing defects, we'll replace your product or offer a partial refund based on usage time.

Warranty Coverage:

• Limited to country of purchase
• Valid only for products purchased through authorized channels
• Requires proof of purchase (Amazon order number or sales invoice)

Warranty Claim Process:

1.Contact us at support@fullot.com with:
•Your proof of purchase
•Description and evidence of the defect (photos/video)
 •Documentation of troubleshooting attempts
2.We may require return of the defective item for inspection
3.Upon approval, we'll ship a replacement or issue a partial refund

Customer Responsibilities:

You'll need to cover return shipping costs if:
• Returning non-defective items
• Making international returns
• Returning accidentally or without authorization
• Sending personal items instead of defective products
• Items are found to be working upon inspection

What's Not Covered:

• Products without valid proof of purchase
• Normal wear and tear
• Non-quality issues after 30 days
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
• Purchases from unauthorized sellers
• Lost or stolen items
Shipping Protection:
We cover transit risks for warranty returns using our prepaid labels. For non-warranty returns, customers assume transit risks.
